ORDERING - SHIPPING - RETURNS

We offer free shipping within the UK. We offer worldwide shipping except to Australia. We regret that, due to legislation, we can not currently send our jewellery to Australia.

The majority of Erin’s designs are one-of-a-kind. Erin makes some designs in small batches/runs, however, due to their handmade nature, no two items will be exactly identical.

The majority of our listings are one-of-a-kind, and therefore feature original images & descriptions of the exact item being sold. In some cases, such as with our made-to-order molten wedding ring collection, we have used digital image editing to represent the designs in different coloured metals. Erin makes some designs in small batches/runs, in these cases, we may use images, not of the exact item being sold. In these cases the designs will look very similar although please, note that due to the handmade nature of the designs no two pieces will be exactly identical. In all cases, we aim to accurately represent the jewellery with honest imagery & accurate descriptions & measurements. 

Subject to the design, most of our ready-to-wear rings include one re-size or re-make free of charge. This is not the case for bespoke commissions, unless you are gifting the item and are unable to ascertain the size. In this case, you may be able to (subject to design) make an agreement with Erin prior to ordering that the commission includes one free re-size. Subsequent resizing will be charged at Erin’s discretion. If you are unsure on the ring size required we recommend reading our blog post How to find your UK ring size’.

Shipping

UK ORDERS

If you require your item urgently or not to be delayed, please contact us or call the shop on 01392 660836, and we will be happy to help!

Items that do not need to be re-sized or altered and are ready-to-wear will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, if the order is placed by 12pm. We post all orders to the UK via Royal Mail’s special delivery service. This arrives to most postcodes in the UK by 1pm the next working day (after dispatch). The parcel will require a signature and the contents will be insured (up to the value of £2500). So, if you order your item for delivery in the UK (before 12pm) and the item is ready to wear & does not need to be re-sized/altered, you should receive the goods within 3 working days.

If your order needs altering or re-sizing, please allow up to 2 weeks for the item to be dispatched. If you need it sooner, again please do not hesitate to contact us as we will always try to accommodate your needs.

Made to order items available to purchase through our website (such as our molten wedding ring collection) can take up to 6 weeks to be dispatched. If items are made to order we will make this clear in the item description.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Worldwide delivery times & services vary depending upon location. Please contact us for more information.

We ship international including to the US at a charge of £9.

Items that do not need to be re-sized or altered and are ready-to-wear will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, if the order is placed by 12pm.

Every piece of Erin Cox jewellery is carefully packaged and tied with a bow. We can gift wrap items upon request at no additional cost. Just contact us after placing your order with your requirements.

We do not write "jewellery" on our parcels and can make your delivery as inconspicuous as necessary, just let us know if you require a discreet delivery for a gift or self treat!

Returns

Online shopping laws entitle you to a full refund if you are not happy with your purchase, you must notify us of this within 14 days and return the item within the next 14 days in the original packaging.

We kindly request that you return the item to us via Royal Mail’s special delivery service. If your item is worth more than £750 then please request the additional insurance cover (available up to £2500). We do not currently cover return postage fees.

We regret that, if items have signs of wear, or are not returned within this time, we will have to make a charge for refinishing & restocking. We will discuss this with you privately as each case will be assessed individually.

Any item that has been personalised, with engraving, by adding stones, or has been made specially to your size and specifications are not covered within this refund policy. We will always work with you to ensure that your items are perfect before personalising.
